If you have needs that cannot be addressed from the contacts on this list, please call us at 937-845-8472 Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm and staff will assit you.

Medical Needs:

TriCounty Crisis Hotline – 800-351-7347 – mental health screenings and crisis support.  24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Check with your pharmacy or other local pharmicies to see if they offer delivery service.

Other Needs:

Area Agency on Aging – 937-223-4357 – provides information and referral services for the elderly
