The following contacts have been provided to offer guidance during the COVID-19 crisis. We have tried to provide a list of resouces to contact for basic needs. If you have needs that cannot be addressed from the contacts on this list, please call us at 937-845-8472 Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm and staff will assit you.

COVID-19 Information from the CDC

Food Needs:

Open Monday 10am-12pm(noon) Wednesday 10am-12pm(noon) and 3pm-5pm

Open Monday 6pm-7:30pm Tuesday thru Thurday 2pm-3:30pm

 

Medical Needs:

TriCounty Crisis Hotline – 800-351-7347 – mental health screenings and crisis support.  24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Check with your pharmacy or other local pharmicies to see if they offer delivery service.

 

Other Needs:

Area Agency on Aging – 937-223-4357 – provides information and referral services for the elderly

United Way of Miami County – 937-335-8410 – help with referrals and resources. If you aren’t sure who to call, this is a good place to start
